Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp orange rind
- ¼ cup Demerara sugar
- 4 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a sealed salad shaker or a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well until combined. This vinaigrette can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
2. Shake well before serving.
3. Delicious served over a simple green salad or splashed over warm fresh asparagus.
TIP
You can substitute honey or light brown sugar for the Demerara sugar
